Retail and office space for travel agency

Location: Hard, Austria

Situated along a road with quite dense traffic and thus excellent marketing possibilities, the client wished for an addition to an existing residential building and an adaptation of the former to office standard.

The shape of the building was kept simple, allowing full attention on the “display window” towards the street. Inside, focus was on creating a functional workspace, adaptable to the many needs of a travel agency, ranging from private consultations with clients to theme evenings and events.

The construction consist of pre-produced concrete elements with an internal insulation layer and thermal glazing.
